Karma Bread is the labour of love of baker and founder, Tami Isaacs Pearce, known lovingly by her customers as The Challah Queen. Tami found her passion for baking bread quite accidentally about six years ago, when she took a course in bread making at the Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute. It was love at first bake!
Applying her new found skills baking small batch production out of her home, the word got around of her exceptional breads and within a year, Karma Bread micro bakery had reached full capacity, with a rapidly expanding private client base and a handful of London's premium delis supplying her breads, snacks and baked treats.
On July 10, 2015, Karma Bread opened it's flagship bakehouse and we've been thriving ever since.
